A perfect dish for those who love the flavours of the sea and want to enjoy a traditional dish from Genoa.
They can be enjoyed as an appetiser or main course accompanied by a squeeze of lemon.

 

Procedure


Clean the anchovies, remove the heads and cut them open. After washing them well, leave them to dry. In a bowl, beat the eggs and add a pinch of salt. Dip the anchovies in the beaten eggs and dip them in breadcrumbs for breading. Fry in very hot oil

Ingredients:

 

  • - 500 g fresh anchovies
  • - 2 eggs
  • - 100 g breadcrumbs
  • - Extra virgin olive oil
