Mandilli

“Mandilli de sea” (fazzoletti de eta) is a typical fresh pasta from Genoa, similar to lasagnette, very thin rolling pin, square in shape reminiscent of handkerchiefs dressed with “pesto alla genovese”: a unique and superb combination.
