Contemporary Art Museum of Villa Croce
The Contemporary Art museum of Villa Croce boasts over 4,000 works, including: Maria Cernuschi Ghiringhelli's important collection of abstract art, numbering over two hundred Italian and international works, from paintings and drawings to sculptures and graphic art, conceptually linked to several works donated by the LAB (Laboratorio d'arte contemporanea della Bassa Lunigiana, or Contemporary Art Laboratory of the Lower Lunigiana); a core collection of works by Genoese and Ligurian artists from the second half of the 1900s; significant examples of Italian graphic art from the second half of the 1900s; and a fascinating photographic archive.
