Clean and boil the green beans in boiling salted water and remove them halfway through cooking, i.e. hard, chop them or pass them to the mixer.
Sauté the whole clove of garlic and onion and sauté for a few minutes. Remove from heat, let cool a little and add the prescinsêua, parmesan cheese, oregano, salt and beaten eggs.
Mix until you get a homogeneous mixture. Grease the bottom of a baking sheet and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Now you can pour the mixture, gently flatten and cover with breadcrumbs. Pour a little oil on the surface and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ºC for about 20 minutes until a nice golden crust has formed. Serve warm or cold.

  • 1 kilo of green beans
  • 70 grams of prescinsêua
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • a pinch of oregano
  • onion
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
